How to make brookies

 Make the Brownie Batter,To begin, place the butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave until bubbling. Add the chocolate and whisk until the chocolate is completely melted.

The heat from the butter should be enough to melt the chocolate completely, but if not, place the chocolate-butter mixture in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds or so, then whisk again.

Whisk in the eggs.

Finally, whisk in the flour until combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Set aside.

Make the Cookie Dough

Put the butter and both sugars in the bowl of an electric mixer (or a medium bowl if you’re using a hand mixer). Beat for 3 minutes, or until light and fluffy.Add the vanilla and egg and beat for 1 minute more

Add the salt, baking powder, and baking soda and beat briefly until evenly combined.On low speed, mix in the flour.Add the chocolate chips and mix briefly to combine.

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
  • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped (best quality, such as Ghirardelli)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, spooned into measuring cup and leveled off with knife

FOR THE COOKIE DOUGH

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour, spooned into measuring cup and leveled-off with a knife
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking until the brownie edges are shiny and the cookie portion is golden brown, about 20 minutes more.

My travel post about Alaska. Alaska is a very fun place to travel too it has many things you can do. One of the things you can do is go whale watching. That is very fun because where they take you have a lot of whales and really never gets boring. Another fun thing is that Alaska has many hikes you can choose from some of them have more animals. Or some of them up up more so it is colder while some of them are lower so they aren’t as cold. Alaska is better in summer so it is not freezing cold but Alaska is fun anytime.

My free write is about Halloween. Halloween can be fun for every age and many fun things to do around Halloween. For younger kids some things that are fun is going trick  or treating  and being going to fall things like getting to do fun school parties. Another fun thing they do is sometimes there friends have Halloween parties. Some fun things older kids do is go to haunted houses, carve pumpkins. Some other stuff older kids do is also dress up and go haunted houses and sometimes older do pranks on other people. Even sometimes older kids to take younger kids. Halloween is fun for all ages.

Throw back Thursday

For my throw back Thursday i will talk about the toys i would always play with. some of the toys I use to play with a lot when i was little would be furbys. I thought they were so fun. But now they are creepy and weird to me. Another toy i use to love to play on was the one where you could die outside and then spin around. the last thing i liked to play with was the flat soccer balls that you could play with in the house. All of these toys were so fun to me but now i can not stand them.

How to make vanilla cupcakes

How to make cupcakes Preheat oven to 350° and line two muffin tins with liners. In a large bowl using a mixer beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix until combined. In another large bowl whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, beating until just combined. Pour in the milk and mix until fully came together  Add remaining dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fill cupcake liners half way full with batter. Bake until slightly golden on top and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, about 25 minutes.Remove from pan and let cool completely before frosting.

Chocolate

I think a lot of people like chocolate but some people don’t.  Some chocolate is good but some is too sweet.  Other chocolate is even sour.  I had chocolate in Honduras that tasted sour.  It was fresh from the cocoa bean and not good at all.  My favorite chocolate is mint chocolate ice cream.  Hot chocolate is really yummy and I love frozen hot chocolate from Bubbles and Beans.  For those of you that don’t know, frozen hot chocolate is hot chocolate mixed with ice cubes and then blended.   Chocolate cake is rarely good.  It is only good with certain things and at certain times.

My travel post

This is my travel post about Hawaii. I got to travel to Hawaii not that long ago and i got to do and see a lot of cool things. I also got to try many different things. One  of the fun things I got to do is swim with dolphins. This was so much fun, during this experience I was able to meet a lot of dolphins.  I even got to meet some baby dolphins. Another fun thing I got to do is go to the beach and have wild sea turtles swim right in front of you.That was a pretty cool experience because you could touch them if you tried but you were not meant to touch them. There was so many fun things to do. But one of my favorite things i got to see was the sunset it was so pretty because it would set behind the water and it was so pretty.

Are dogs or cats better?

Do you think cats or dogs are better?I think dogs are better then cats because most of the dogs i have met are nicer then most of the cats i have met have been mean for example they have scratched at me. I also feel like dogs are better house pets then cats are because for most of the time they enjoy being around people more. Another reason is because dogs will play with you and enjoy your company especially when they are getting attention. I think cats are good pets to have when they want a pet that does not need a lot of a attention. But dogs are just happier animals and better to be around.
